I cannot believe how easy this was.
Deborah was our main contact through this process. She kept us up to date on everything at every stage.
If we asked a question, it was basically answered instantly.
It was an added bonus that Deborah was such a lovely person, and we had many a laugh. -

The team at Mortgage Choice are extremely helpful and responsive. They are all lovely and happy to assist in any way they can. I spent a number of weeks considering a matter and left it until the last minute to get in touch with the team. They were able to pull together an application on my behalf, submit it and receive an approval response in two days. I am so thankful for their support and patience.
We found Teresa and the team at Mortgage choice after we settled on a block of land and were given the news from our bank at the time the afternoon before settlement that mistakes had been made in our application and that they actually wouldnt be approving our construction. This was a very confusing, disappointing and stressful situation to be in. We were so lost, confused and felt very unsupported with the company we were originally dealing with.

Deb from mortgage choice is hands down the best broker. Deb is hard working and never takes no as an answer After trying with multiple banks and constantly being told a larger deposit was required, we were told about Deb and instantly our issues were resolved. My partner and I are both young and Deb strived to get us to where no bank could get us too. Deb looking at different avenues and continuously working overtime. She continuously made sure we were aware of what was going on and never made us feel dumb when asking a question. I can honestly say the best experience in the whole of purchasing a home Is normally the day you pick up your keys to that special place. For me it was Teresa and the team at SmartLine. This wasn’t my first home loan however refinancing as a sole owner can be scary especially in uncertain times. Teresa laid everything out and gave me facts and insured me on my capabilities which made you feel very comfortable and knowledgeable when taking on a big life goal. The process was generally very easy to swap loan lenders and our Adviser assisted us through the process and was easily able to answer all questions thoroughly and professionally.

We had pre approval with one of the big banks. We had been looking at acreage with and without houses. We put an offer on some land and signed the contract. When we put our application through to the bank, they took a week to review and then reject it. We contacted Teresa with only a few days to get finance approval. She got us approval by the finance deadline. She was so easy to talk with and explained everything well throughout the process. We would not own our property without her.
