Tim has owned and operated Mortgage Choice Bayside since 2005. He has lived most of his life in the local Bayside area and is passionate about the Bayside property, community & lifestyle. He has a strong background and understanding of property with more than 17 years in the building industry and extensive experience in the home loans & business finance space. 

On those rare days off from work (it's not work if you love what you do!), Tim can be found surfing at the beach, spending time with his wife and 3 daughters or playing golf with mates.

"I truly love what I do, and I know that not everyone can say that about their job. I love being able to use the knowledge I have in the finance industry for the benefit of our customers, making sure we get them the best deal and being their advocates with the banks. Everyone needs a little help now and then - and the home loan process can be especially tricky sometimes. It's a fantastic day when we see a customer settle into their dream home."

Born and bred in the Bayside area, Karen has a wealth of experience having previously worked for twelve years in the finance industry in numerous roles in credit analysing, customer service and training. Karen is really passionate about making sure that our customers at Mortgage Choice in Bayside know exactly what's happening with their loans and that they feel supported through the process. 

Karen balances her business with stand-up paddling, travelling and spending time with Tim and their three daughters.

Administration Assistant

Having grown up watched her parents love their work at Mortgage Choice, Abby aspired to find work that she could enjoy in the same way. She went on to study a wide range of subjects at Monash University, but it was only after taking a core Business unit that Abby found her passion - finance. Now studying a double degree in Business & Banking and Finance, she's working towards becoming a mortgage broker. Abby currently supports the team at Mortgage Choice in Bayside with loan administration and customer service.

Lending & Customer Manager

Jessa is our fantastic loan administrator at Mortgage Choice in Bayside and has been working in finance & broking for over 4 years now. Jessa's job is to correspond with clients & lenders to keep your loan moving, and the right documents coming through. You will hear from Jessa throughout your loan process, as she supports the rest of the team in compliance and loan admin. 

"I'm still learning a lot of new things along the way which I absolutely love! I'm only 2 years in the finance & mortgage industry, but right now, I'm loving learning more about how to present the loan properly to the lender & keep the loan moving through to settlement. Dealing with customers is definitely the best part of my job!"

Administration Assistant

After working for 3 years as a mortgage associate with a big bank, Jo has extensive experience in processing home loan applications and enquiries, and understands exactly what the banks are looking for (which is great for us!). Jo now supports our team at Mortgage Choice Bayside with loan administration, including putting together the application and finding the right home loan products for our clients.
