The scheme provides a rebate of $25,000 on the purchase price of land to eligible applicants. The same terms and conditions will apply to both schemes for low to moderate income earners.

Successful applicants can choose whether they wish to purchase land on the Wollongbar Urban Release Area or Ballina Heights Estate and CURA A.
