Dwelling values hold stable in April

After rising 2.3% last month, dwelling values rose a very modest 0.3% in April taking the past quarter growth to 3.5%. Of particular interest is that April signalled a slowdown in both the booming Sydney and Melbourne markets and all eyes will be on whether this is the start of a return to normal sustainable growth. Here's how each state performed:
