I would like to comment on the services of Trish Arnold from Mortgage Choice Parkside who has yet again gone above and beyond in her customer service. I have just had a particularly traumatic experience purchasing a home that I have found to be less than structurally stable. Unfortunately I was not able to get out of the contract. During this significant legal event Trish Arnold provided the utmost service and support anyone could ask for. The issues with the property had nothing to do with Mortgage Choice or broker services provided by them yet Trish still held my hand through a very harrowing time, which is not in the typical PD of a mortgage broker. Prior to finding out about the issues Trish provided expert objective broker advice and got me the best deal possible knowing rates were about to rise. She is so down to earth and personable, really puts you at ease as you are about to sign your life away. This is the 2nd time I have used Trish to find me a mortgage so yes I am a repeat customer. Do not hesitate to get Trish to help you - she is the real deal. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much to Belinda, Annie and Louiza and the whole team at Mortgage Choice Parkside for getting us into our first home After being told by our bank that we would be unable to apply for a home loan, we approached Belinda on a recommendation. Despite being extremely busy, Belinda re-arranged her calendar to accommodate us for a consult within one week of our initial contact and worked around the clock to have us in our home less than 3 months later. She was extremely responsive, often returning my calls and messages well outside of business hours to ensure both my peace of mind and that the process would be completed by the extremely tight settlement deadline. The team communicated with us daily throughout the process so we never felt out of the loop and provided clear instructions of what was required of us to unsure our application was as streamlined as possible. Belinda was also a strong advocate for us in many ways, including dealing with our unpleasantthreatening vendor so we didn't have to, requesting and gaining approval for a one week settlement extension and securing us one of the last remaining FHLDS placements despite the many barriers associated with this. We are so grateful for all of the many many hours of hard work Belinda and the team invested in us and will definitely be approaching them again for support in purchasing our next property.
