Brian is an outstanding Mortgage Broker. He was always available and really went out of his way to help find us the best loans. He was always willing to answer a call and answer all of our questions. Brian has been very helpful in navigating our investment property purchase. He has never hesitated in responding to our questions and has always been very prompt in his responses.
Brian was my broker for an apartment purchase and I found him very competent and knowledgeable. He gave good advice on lenders and the first home deposit guarantee scheme. I was able to get a place in the scheme as it opened up for the new financial year and got the mortgage structured pretty much as I wanted.
The purchase and settlement went through without a hitch.
Throughout the process Brian kept in communication and was very responsive which is a lot more than I can say for the conveyancer. Very happy with the outcome.
Brian and Leanne mortgage choice in Morningside were fantastic. My partner and I were looking to buy our first home and it was very daunting at first.
