We have used Mortgage Choice Port Melbourne almost 3 times now to purchase properties and refinance loans. This is an outstanding team who will go above and beyond to secure you a the best deal for a loan, and make the transition of securing properties and refinancing between banks a seamless as possible. Craig and Glenn have literally saved us thousands of dollars on interest repayments by optimizing our loans and lenders. I have gone on to recommend numerous friends and family to their services and all of them have had great experiences.
Craig has been absolutely wonderful through the whole process of refinancing my home. I was putting this off as I though it would be to scary and too much work to get it done. There was no such thing as a silly question, and Craig made sure I was comfortable with all the steps. He talked me through paperwork when I needed the help, and was made sure I understood every step before proceeding. 1010 fantastic to work with.
My home buying journey took over 24 months and Chris Howitt, Glenn Mayne and Katrina McEwan were there for me the whole time. I struggled to find a property as I was continually outbid at auctions or properties would be sold for well above my price expectations. This meant I had to get pre approvals extended and re-done on multiple occasions. I am grateful to the MC team who stuck with me through this lengthy and time-consuming journey and, in the end, I was successful at an auction. The sole distinguishing factor between me and the other keen bidder was that I had pre approval, and he did not. Without the MC teams help, I wouldve been in that other bidders shoes and wouldve, again, been on the market still looking.
In the lead up to that auction, the MC team answered my many questions, ensured they explored all options to find me the best loan for my circumstances and made the application process straight forward and seamless.

We have been engaging with Chris for years and when we were finally ready to start looking for our home and finally had preapproval, COVID hit. If it were not for the support on riding multiple re approvals of expired preapprovals during unprecedented times, I am not sure we would have mentally and emotionally come out the other end.

I just wanted to say a huge Thank you to Craig for his support and getting me a home loan approved very quickly on an apartment in Prahran. It was simple, easy and the communication was great. I spoke directly to the two banks prior and was shut down saying high risk area straight away and that they would look into the property and would get back to me. I never received a call back from those banks so Mortgage Choice got my business. I would highly recommend Craig to anyone looking for a home loan.

I just bought my first home through Glenn and Chris and it was such a positive experience, I can't recommend them enough Glenn was very responsive, friendly and professional, keeping me updated at all stages of the process without overwhelming me with too much detail. He also got me a very competitive rate- despite getting preapproval in January, by the time I bought in March they had found me an even better deal. All the paperwork was explained to me clearly and they did all the leg work which made it a very seamless and stress free process. Very happy with their service

Being almost 60 years old and having lived in the Hospitatlity Industry as a chef for virtually all my career, where the one thing separating a leader from the competition is service and sounding perhaps like an old fart, the level of service everywhere has plummeted to the point where I don't think people care about each other any more and if the computer says no, it means no - meaning appreciation of each individuals' personal circumstances has been forgotten in so many interactions we have nowdays.
