Dale goes above and beyond for her customers. As first home buyers we were completely green but her and her team were patient, honest and guided us through the process. She is completely approachable and weve always felt informed and shes checked in to make sure were understanding an often confusing process. Shes also always happy to listen our ideas and to really push for us and represent for us.
Now a few years later we are customers for life

Dale helped us get our first loan and when it came time to refinance, it was off to see Dale again. Dale is very understanding and provided great advice on the best options for our situation and finding the best product that suited our needs. Dales nature is very bubbly and joyful easy to communicate with and understanding with answering question that may sound silly to her, no both to her in any kind of way, made me feel comfortable with having little understanding of getting a loan. Dale is quick in her job and makes sure things are sorted straight away, I would recommend Dale to anybody and everybody she is 100% good at what she does. Even thou i didnt meet Simone she kept me in the loop with everything happening from the bank end of things. From first initial contact Dale is absolutely fantastic. Always prompt with getting back to you and doing all she can to help. Simone was always amazing also, again always prompt with any questions. Would recommend Dale to any of my friends or family

We got our initial loan through Dale in 2014 and we're so happy with the service we used her again to refinance for our renovations. We had some issue getting quotes from builders to workout our renovation costs and Dale was most helpful with connecting us with another building contact. I had also started working for myself and Dale guided us through the whole process with loan requirements when self employed. We were updated throughout the whole process and Dale is very understanding of what your requirements are and finding the right loan for your needs. Prior to booking my first appointment with Dale Bannerman I knew entirely nothing about home loans and the housing market. She provided me with the knowledge, expertise and guidance to feel comfortable enough to take the plunge and buy my first home. The folks at Mortgage Choice went above and beyond what we had expected. They made the entire process so easy and explained everything to us in ways we could understand.
We first were advised from the banks that seeing a mortgage broker was a bad idea as they will push for there own incentives. The process looking for our mortgage was difficult as everywhere we went, we were given different and sometimes conflicting information. Both my wife and decided to see our local mortgage choice broker and see if they can help. We made a meeting with Dale Bannerman and as soon as we spoke on the phone our minds were put at ease. Dale assured us straight away and made the loan process so very easy. Dale was our support and sometimes our counsellor through the whole purchasing process. We are very happy first home owners and that is thanks to Dale Bannerman and the whole mortgage choice support staff.

The entire process was great. Dale listened to our needs and found the best options to suit. Once we narrowed it down and made our selection, Monica took over and kept us updated on what was happening and make sure we know what we needed to do at certain stages in regard to any further documents required or paperwork that needed to be completed. Both were always available for any questions that we had along the way.
