Throughout this time Jade has been relentless and never gave up on securing a construction loan for us. We trusted Jade's knowledge and advice and now our dream is becoming a reality. What an amazing job Jade and Raylene have done to help me secure a loan for my new home. I couldn't say enough wonderful things about this team Jade went out of his way over the last 12 months or so helping me out with any questions i had while looking for my forever home.

I highly recommend Jade, he has made navigating the home loan process so much less stressful. From the start he has communicated each step and worked with us via email, text, phone calls or in person depending on what suited us best. This is our third time getting a home loan and has been by far the easiest.
The best part for us was dealing with our local Mortgage Choice Broker - Larry Dixon. Being able to go down and see him and being able to call him so he could explain the things that we don't understand.It was nerve racking for us being back in the market for our next home,and we were dealing with figures that were a bit daunting, and it seemed we were never going to get a break. We finally found our dream property,but we had to move quickly.Being able to pick up the phone and tell Larry we want this property,can you make it happen and fast we need to put an offer in. A normal bank would of taken weeks, and not to mention going through to some call centre. You can't beat a local! ( June 2019)

After visiting a broker in Sydney so that my husband could meet with a professional and understand the process we were incredibly grateful that family had recommended Larry to us. Before contacting Mortgage Choice(Larry Dixon) my husband and I were stuck in a rent to buy predicament after many attempts applying for loans through banks and being rejected we turned to Larry and asked for help. We have just purchased our first property, and are very excited as its going to be the family home where we raise our children.
Right from the very first phone call, Larry was friendly and efficient.We are grateful to Larry for his experience and product knowledge, friendly manner and his calm demeanour throughout the process (where I was worried at times). We live out of town and it wasn't a problem for Larry to travel to us to process the transactions, which I think is a great service. All in all we would thoroughly recommend Larry and Mortgage Choice to anyone and would not hesitate in dealing with him again if we purchase any properties in the future.

Once we had found a home to buy we called Larry Dixon from Mortgage Choice. He was great and did all the leg work for us and got the loan approved. With us both working we found it hard to do all the running around but Larry did all this for us. If you are looking to purchase a home call Larry from Mortgage Choice - you won't be sorry. We are moving into our home next week :)
