If you are thinking about refinancing, I can highly recommend Mortgage Choice Toronto. My first point of contact was with owner and manager Rachel. Rachel took the time to learn about what I required and what my expectations were by refinancing my mortgage. Rachel was then able to recommend several finance institutions that would best suit my needs and she explained to me in detail what the difference was between lenders and why she had chosen those preferred lenders. With so many lenders and offers around these days, it is comforting to have someone who understands their product and is working in your best interest. I am very happy with the service I received from Rachel and T'Neal at Mortgage Choice Toronto..... and a lower interest rate on my home loan saving me .

I must say me and my partner were blown away with how good Glen Sharee were with the whole process of getting us our first home loan. From start to finish I have nothing but great things to say. What we thought was impossible at the time was made possible thanks to them. Very knowledgeable, quick to respond and very friendly. We couldn't be happier.

The service provided by Glen and Rachel Hine of Mortgage Choice Toronto was second to none. Getting into the property market can be quite daunting, especially for first home buyers like us. Glen and Rachel were able to provide easy to understand information that enabled us to make the best informed decision. They were also available at convenient times that suited our busy work schedule and they were willing to spend the time needed to make sure that we understood exactly how to choose the best mortgage for our circumstances. We would recommend them to anybody, especially fellow first home buyers.
Glen took the opportunity to find out what I needed, provided options and explained the whole process as each step unfolded. Glen followed me up and continually kept me in the loop. I have not done this before (bridging loan) and had no idea of what was involved, Glen spelt it out in a language I could understand.
