How lucky were we to be able to be connected with Paul, following some terrible advice from another company. From the first phone call, he did not disappoint and was very interested in our situation and what we needed to achieve.
We cannot thank Paul and his team Wendy enough for the time and effort they put into obtaining our home loan. Everything was undertaken electronically and did not require face-to-face contact. Paul explained everything including the process to us very clearly. He was happy to answer any queries we may have had and always responded promptly within a reasonable timeframe, that was either by phone, email, or text.
We found Paul to be very approachable, honest, and professional.
His assistant Wendy is also very much on the ball and knows each client's case, so there's no need to repeat yourself on what you need. Wendy knows what you have submitted and what is still required.
Paul is absolutely the go-to man and is conscious he communicates constantly and updates us his clients on the status of our application at all times.

Paul has been our mortgage broker for over 10 year. He is always responsive to any queries we have and keeps in touch regularly.
I came to Paul needing a refinance, equity release and new investment property mortgage. He has always been quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Paul has explained everything along the way and his advice was always accurate. Whenever I asked about tax and other non mortgage broker issues, Paul would always tell me his thoughts but suggest I talk to an accountant or other relevant professional first. When I did, Paul's thoughts were always confirmed to be correct. It's great to have such a knowledge person on my side.
I actually talked to two other mortgage brokers first, who I found from some popular investment property podcasts. However, I noticed that Mortgage Choice had a bigger range of lenders, so I found Paul online. I was happy I did as he was much better at explaining things than the other two mortgage brokers I had talked to.
I'll definitely continue to use Paul for future purchases.

I looked into using other mortgage brokers but in the end I couldn't go past the advice and service provided by Paul, he has probably saved me thousands in fees and was able to make the process so much easier for me. I have been recommending Paul to friends and colleagues ever since.

Both Paul and Tammy worked incredibly hard for both the purchase of our first home and the recent purchase of our land. Their work was always impeccable. They were there at every step to guide and support, providing as much information as they possibly could to help us to make informed decisions that would best suit our situations at the time.
