Peter Deitz was an absolute legend at helping us secure our home loan. My husband and I were first home buyers. As much as I felt the process of getting a home would be a challenge for my husband and I, Peter made it feel so much easier than I could have hoped for. He always replied to my emails and phone calls promptly and I always had full trust that he had our best interest at heart. I would 100 recommend him to anyone.
Peter was recommended to us by another fantastic Mortgage Choice agent who was retiring. Peter's service was smooth, to the point and exactly what we needed. We have never met him in person in this new contactless world, but it was not a hinderniss at all the whole process was seamless with a very good financial outcome. We will definitely go with Peter again in the near future and highly recommend him. Thank you Peter.
I first used Peter in 2002 and since then have used him multiple times with the most recent being last year. From the moment I met Peter I knew he was the right person to find me a better deal for my mortgage. Everything was explained clearly to me and no question was too big or too silly answer. Peter and his team are nothing but fantastic, professional and courteous and I can't thank them enough for everything they have done for me. I would highly recommend Peter to my family and friends without any hesitation and I know that I if I ever need a mortgage broker, Peter is the one that I would call 100.

Peter recently helped me with re-financing our home and investment loans. Peter stepped me through the process, kept me informed along the way and is really helpful. Best of all - I'm paying a lot less in interest now.
I couldn't recommend Peter more if you are looking for a broker for a home loan. I am a first home buyer and really had no idea what I was doing Peter was so supportive and answered any questions that I had. My home loan application was not black and white but Peter presented me with options that were going to work for me. He was very responsive, answering all my calls and emails straight away- even when he was on leave. Even after the loan was approved Peter called to check in and ask how everything was going and to see if I had any questions. Thank you so much Peter- you made this experience for me so enjoyable.
This has been my first time dealing with a broker ,as well as applying for a loan, so the clear explanations and regular updates from Peter was much appreciated and put my mind at ease. I always felt like I was in good hands.

Its been a pleasure dealing with Peter, hes always kept me in the loop, picked up the phone every time I called and is a nice guy I think this is important during a lengthy complex process such as getting a loan, nobody wants to deal with someone unpleasant during such a stressful time, so I really appreciated Peters personable manner.

I was referred to Mortgage Choice, and specifically Peter Deitz, through a friend and colleague who had worked with Peter previously and spoke of this being a very positive experience. My interactions with Peter have been nothing short of reassuring through the seemingly complex matter of buying land given I entered this arena with little to no understanding of the terminology or processes involved. Peter has ensured that he explains each step clearly and concisely and will also follow up with clarifying emails either by his own undertaking or upon request. Communication has been easy with calls returned with very little delay if at all. I am soon to move onto the building stage and have chosen to remain working with Peter through Mortgage Choice with no hesitation.
This was our first experience of buying in Australia originally from the UK. Peter was recommended to me through a friend who had said that Peter and his team are wonderful. The expectation was high and Peter and Kristina did not disappoint. I am amazed at the experience and service we have received from Peter and Kristina, they are excellent at communicating and ensured a smooth process throughout. We were kept informed and any questions we had were answered so quickly Buying a house is known to be a stressful process but this was by far the least stressful thing we have done and this is due to Peter and his wonderful team. Peter and Kristy have been excellent to deal with. They helped me secure my first home loan and they have just helped again with refinancing my loan and securing a great deal for me.
They always responded without delay to any queries that I had, and they would always go out of their way to explain all of the detail to ensure I understood everything.

Peter recently helped us secure a mortgage. Although we had owned investment properties, this was our first item buying a family home and the process was a bit different as we were buying directly from the owners. From the beginning, Peter listened to our needs and provided sound advice. He was patient and kept us informed each step of the way. We have worked with other mortgage brokers, but Peter was by far the easiest and most responsive. Our experience with clearly positive and we would highly recommend Peter to any prospective buyer.
