My partner and I are grateful to have had Steve from Mortgage Choice assist us with our home loan. We mainly dealt with Steve but both were immensely helpful to us. We succeeded in re-financing absolutely everything - all debts cleared - except the mortgage at the lowest interest rate in my lifetime. It has transformed our lives and minimized financial stress. To be given a 30-year loan at 68 years old is my idea of optimism We are grateful and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Recently my wife and I were looking at purchasing an investment property. We approached our bank of 22 years and found the process very slow and complicated. As our agreement to purchase was subject to a finance clause time was of the essence. After four weeks our bank was still waiting or approval from an office in another state. In frustration I contacted Steve at Mortgage Choice in West Perth. We had an interview the next day. Within one week the loan was approved at a much lower interest rate than my bank could offer. Steve and the team were friendly, efficient and effective. I would thoroughly recommend using their services. The package we took included a full suite of accounts and credit card facilities allowing us the opportunity to move away from our previous bank.
