First home buyer and admittedly a fairly high maintenance one. It took me 8 months and 5 offers to finally get one accepted. There were a few challenges (from my now ex bank being difficult and the current bank requesting the wrong document) along the way, but the team handled these for me and my the new communication/upload system ensured all comms and documents required were swiftly seen and responded to from both sides.

Where to begin?! Fiona and her team changed our lives. We found ourselves in a perfect storm - property we had been leasing for 10 years was being sold, I had been made redundant after 20 years of continuous service and just started my own business, my husband had started his own business with less than 12 months ABN records, and we had three furbabies. So in the current market, we were in an extremely vulnerable place with nowhere to live. One of my husband's colleagues recommended Fiona and said, "Fiona is good with the more complex cases." That was understatement, Fiona did nothing short of performing a miracle. She found us an exceptional lender and within four weeks we went from being homeless into our own beautiful home. Fiona's support team were also outstanding with regular updates and check-ins to see how we were travelling. Fiona and her team went above and beyond in helping me refinance my home. She dedicated a huge amount of time to weigh up and explain the pros and cons of multiple options for me. This is the first time I have used a brokerage service for my personal lending and I would say that previously I was BankWest Employee and previously I had a Personal/Business Banker with BankWest, but found that once you step away from these one on one services the Bank West service for the general banker is exceptionally poor and it is because of past experiences I elected to move over to a Broker to obtain my recent variation to my Loan facility.
Following the one to one service I received from Fiona Dempsey and her team I felt my banking needs are considered a lot more important these days and I was really impressed with how they maintained there contact each step of the way and that once the deal was approved I did not just become a number, but an important person within there scope of business.

Fiona is professional on every level of business, although what made the difference in my experience was her warm, empathy & genuine nature which created a relaxed confidence in the process from start to finish & ongoing.
Fiona helped me to find the right product and obtain finance for a home when I was just scraping through on the deposit requirements and was not confident that I would be able to achieve this dream. The team also did a great job on following up on progress of the bank documents and settlement.
