Stephanie has been part of the Mortgage Choice community since 1997. After working with a Mortgage Choice broker to refinance her own home loan, she recognised a good business opportunity, and enquired about the possibility of becoming a franchisee herself. As Stephanie notes, “I haven't looked back since”.
Stephanie lives in Lane Cove on Sydney’s North Shore, so it made sense to set up her businesses in the local area. Through a combination of hard work and excellent customer service, Stephanie watched her business take off. “I was pleased to see the business grow so rapidly, mainly through referrals,” she recalls.
Growth through expansion
Three years later Stephanie opened a new premise in ‘The Village’ at Lane Cove. For increased accessibility, she operated from a shopfront, open six days a week with a full time office manager.
In 2008 it was time to expand. Stephanie invested in another franchise, this time on the Lower North Shore. She set up a shopfront premise in Cammeray, and ran both franchisees through her Lane Cove Office.
Fast forward to 2019, and Stephanie is now in a position to retire. She will officially bow out from the business on September 30. She explains, “I am looking forward
