Bianca entered the mortgage broking industry in 2007. As a home owner and property investor, she understands that the key to peace of mind in finding your new home or investment property is to feel comfortable and positive about the mortgage process. 

As the franchise owner for the Hills District, Bianca's pleased to help you find your way through the mortgage maze and arrange finance tailored to your lifestyle and requirements.

Bianca's passionate about both finance and property and love's helping people achieve their dreams.

Bianca will work with you across all aspects of finance including, buying your first home, upgrading, investing and refinancing. 

Bianca works closely with property investors and specialises in complex lending. Bianca will help you to build and maintain your property portfolios, whilst implementing financial strategies that will allow you to leverage off a growing market or reduce the risk with softening trends.

Adrian joined us in 2024, after a long and established career in banking. 
Adrian started his career in banking over 12 years ago and has worked in all facets of banking including credit analyst, broker and Business Development Manager. Adrian's knowledge of bank policy, along with his cheerful nature makes him a delight to have by your side on your Mortgage journey. 
Adrian joined us, after experiencing the personal satisfaction that comes with establishing long term relationships and helping to turn a client's dream to reality. Adrian's service far exceeds just numbers; it is knowledge, compassion, pragmatic thinking and a drive to succeed that makes Adrian one of the best in the industry.

Pixie is our Magic man behind the scenes!

Pixie works alongside Bianca, assisting with your pricing requests, valuations, and data entry. 

Pixie is Bianca's administration assistant and completes those behind-the-scenes tasks that seem to be never ending. 

Pixie prides himself on being an office all-rounder and learning all aspects of lending. 

Pixie has 2 beautiful dogs and has a love for all animals. Pixie regularly fosters dogs, until they find their furever families. 

Tim is a highly dedicated adviser with more than 9 years' experience in the financial services industry.

Tim has a passion for keeping pace with the complex and continuously changing environment of financial advice.
