I joined Caleb Swartz' Mortgage Choice Glynde team in January 2019 taking on a part time administrative assistant role. I have over 20 years experience in the banking and finance industry, including the completion of my Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking in January 2020 followed up by the completion of my Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking in January 2022. My role at Mortgage Choice Glynde has progressed over the last five years from a part time administration assistant to a full time mortgage broker.
My primary focus is to provide exceptional customer service to all of our clients and ensure their individual mortgage finance needs are addressed and met from the beginning of the application process right through to, and well beyond, settlement. With the understanding that everyone's circumstances are unique and that the borrowing and mortgage process can be daunting for some, I strive to provide an informative, thorough, honest and professional service tailored to meet each client's needs and goals.
