Helen was warm, friendly and understanding. She worked hard to obtain a great result for us and guided us through a process we had previously been struggling with.
Helen was a trooper! She had to go above and beyond due to unexpected circumstances and managed to get us over the line. She also kept us up to date every step of the way and answered my calls and texts very quickly (and there were a lot of them!).
Helen was a wonderful mortgage broker- she explained everything thoroughly and dealt with all issues promptly and efficiently. I was very happy with the service provided. She also provided reassurance and came up with multiple solutions for various issues encountered. Through Helen I was able to secure my loan, and am now a very happy home owner!
Helen, always made me feel very welcome and all my needs and questions or concerns.

I was a first time buyer and to throw a few spanners in the mix it was an investment property, in another state, I lived 1600km away from Helen and I am not Australian!
After the royal banking commission, it has made it extremely difficult for kiwis to buy houses in OZ.
Helen jumped through every hoop and practically bought the house for me. She was phoning me at 0530hrs if we were both awake and phoning me while on holiday, to make sure I was up with what was going on.
She liased with every other agency involved on my behalf and gave them a hurry up if their service was not up to scratch. She explained everything to me every step of the way and helped me with my endless questions....and trust me there was a lot of them :-)

Helen was amazing! Aspecially dealing with us while overseas on her holiday. Also making the effort To come to open homes and come to see our new home once purchased and set up. I will definitely be recommending her to our friends in the future x

Investment borrowing within a self managed super fund presents a minefield of legal hoops to jump through but the advantage at the end is an extremely tax effective means to wealth creation. Helen knows the process and communicated the legalese into novice speak for me as a project manager. She liaised politely and professionally with all stakeholders, being the conduit with the bank, super fund provider, the realty and the property conveyancer. I cant recommend Helen highly enough for property purchases particularly with her expertise with SMSFs.

Hi, Helen is a great customer service advisor , she has been helpful all the way from beginning to the settlement and she is contactable most of the time, some reason if she is busy with customers she will get back to the customer after hours as well, there are many occasions she has assisted me with my questions etc after hours and weekend as well, I would strongly recommend Helen to friends and family and we are on the process of going for another House and Land package loan as well. regards,

Helen has made our life a lot less financially stressful. We were pulling our hair out trying to deal with banks directly and getting no where. Helen came up with options and solutions and we always felt she was working in our best interest. Would have no hesitation in recommending Helen.
