Settlement Officer

Kristin joined our team last year and brings over 20 years experience in finance.

Kristin is the lead singer of our settlements team and oversees your application once it is submitted, all the way through to settlement.

She knows the ins and outs of what is involved when your application is with the bank and won’t let them rest until we see the APPROVED and SETTLED statuses!

Outside of work Kristin loves spending time at the beach with her girls and husband, enjoying a sneaky wine or 3.

If you could invite anyone over for dinner who would it be? "Michelle Obama - she is the whole package!"

Steph joined the team last year and hit the ground running!

She is the friendly voice you will hear when calling the office and has quickly become a vital part of our team.

Steph is currently completing her Cert IV in mortgage broking and is excited to go above and beyond to assist our clients.

She is a country girl originally from a small town in Victoria (but don't hold that against her!).

On the weekends, Steph likes to gym, beach and beer!

Settlements Officer

Zoe is a crucial part of our Settlements team and has been a Part of our team for 6 years!

You will hear from Zoe once your loan has been submitted and approved. She liaises with the bank and solicitors to ensure your loan is settled as smoothly as possible.

Specialising in construction loans, she understands that these transactions can be more complex. She follows up on all invoices, arranges inspections with the builder and tracks each stage, so you don't need to.

When she's not in the office helping our amazing clients, Zoe loves spending time at the beach, camping or doing anything adventurous with her friends and family

If you could spend one day anywhere, where would you be? "On a remote island with friends sipping on a cocktail."
