Everyone seems to have a broker they recommend and initially I followed one of those recommendations. Hard to contact, slow to respond and very vague with advice.
I changed advisors and decided to go with Nicole. To say exceeded expectations is an understatement. Easily contactable, gave me multiple options with lenders and advised me on which was going to be best to suit my needs.
Gave me updates on rate changes and advised me on locking in interest rates.
Nicole went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations by far. She also followed the process right through to settlement and checked in to see how the move went. Excellent service.

Kylie and the team at the Vic Park location went above and beyond. They personally went and deposited money into my bank to make sure settlement went though with out any issues and always kept me updated and in the loop with all information.
