I wasn't happy where I was living but wasn't sure what my options were - do I sell, rent it out, what can I afford to borrow? A friend suggested I talk to Peter, so we caught up over Zoom during lockdown, and he clearly explained my options and answered all my questions. There was a bit of back and forth with the bank and anxious waiting time but they were so supportive, calm and very reassuring. They definitely take your best interests to heart and spend genuine time to answer any queries (literally at any time of day!), even if at times I felt like it was a stupid question or I was annoying Peter too many times. In all our contacts with Peter, he was always really knowledgeable, patient, always made time for us, answered our questions and never mucked us about. He's great at taking the harder to understand financial stuff and speaking it in plain English, and is really clear about the most likely outcomes of your choices, and what might be best for you.
Lynne was always super responsive on emails even when my wife and I took ages to come back with documents and made every effort to makes things easier.

Peter and Lynne are extremely professional and helpful . I was looking for a mortgage broker sometime in July to understand how the whole process works and contacted Peter although I had no immediate plans of buying a property with lockdown and rest of the restrictions in place.
Peter explained me the detailed process and the stakeholders involved. He specifically helped me understand what role each of them played when someone is buying a property.
Next was to find a right lender and to get a pre approval in place. Peter and Lynne helped me with clear set of instructions and list of documents that were needed . The process was extremely smooth.
Then came the property search . Here again Peter helped me with standard valuation reports for shortlisted properties to understand what the approximate price range might be .I might have asked him for not less than 20 property reports and everytime he was extremely kind to answer my queries and help me with the reports.
Once the property was finalized, Peter and Lynne helped me get the approval from the lender and the process was again smooth. Peter and Lynne have years of experience and amazing knowledge .

Can not recommend Peter and Lynne highly enough. At the start of this home buying journey our knowledge about the whole financial process was minimal and it simply felt like a mine field we were trying to walk through blindfolded.
Over the course of the process Peter and Lynne were happy to answer all our questions, regardless of how simple they were. They were both very quick in responding to our texts, emails and phone calls, whether we asked them in the middle of a business day or when we were stressed at 9pm on a weekend.

Refinancing my home loan was done so easily with the help of Peter and Lynne. Not only did Peter help find me a loan that is going to save me thousands of dollars each year, he assisted me through the application, when I needed it (and I did) and the whole process took no more than two weeks. He then prompted a change in home and contents insurance which is also going to save me money.
I'm so pleased with the service because, although I didn't need to make any changes, it has turned out to be a very good financial decision for me.

For the first time buyer, it might be helpful to know which party (bank/lawyers, conveyancer,etc.) does what, since they work with each other behind the scenes and I wasn't sure if things were progressing. But in reality, if I had any questions or worries, one email to Lynne always got it resolved, so it's not a big issue.
