I can not recommend Russell enough, we have used him multiple times over the last 20 years, and ever single time he just gets the job done quickly simply and above expectation, Russell's years of market knowledge in the mortgage space shine thru on every deal even the very tricky ones, He never fails to pull a rabbit out of the hat and make the hardest toughest deal appear and always at a great interest rate.

Russell was really helpful in advising the best tailored option for me. At times I felt I had to chase up updates, however my particular case was unique and full of delays from settlement and the real estate.

I would recommend our adviser for anyone who is looking for someone they can feel at ease with the moment you meet and who will go out of there way and then beyond to meet your expectations. He has looked after us for over 5 yrs now and we would never go with anyone else. Keep up the great work Russell.
We were referred to Russell Thompson who had been referred to the referrer! Then we find out we knew him anyway as his wife was school friends with Joanne and our son's played on the same footy team! Regardless of all this Russell took us by the hand through the whole process (and was totally discrete despite the connections we had) - it had really dragged out from our end but Russell kept in touch without being intrusive. When we were ready we'd put an offer on a house and Russell jumped to it and organised EVERYTHING and made it did easy (as it should be). He liased with the bank the real estate agent etc. etc. We truly appreciate his efforts and have referred him onto our friends with confidence. Being an avid AFL fan and his ongoing involvement means he also finds common ground with people very easily and is very diligent in his operation. Please pass on our thanks again to him. Work closer with the bank as there requirements in documentation and supporting info is changing and to enable a smooth process understanding there requirements helps.

There are issues with NAB's way of banking that are beyond Russell's control, and Mortgage Force would do well to take these up with NAB in their own interest of providing better customer service.
My partner and I are on to our second property now and Russell has been there for us not only during the purchasing section, but has also taken our calls and given us advise well after. Russell has a great friendly personality and makes you feel like you are his only client. He comes highly recommended to anyone I know.

The most commendable attribute of my Adviser was their willingness and flexibility when it came to meeting me in person for loan solution discussions. They were also able to adapt well to a new situation that arose from a change in personnel at the financial institution we were dealing with.
