As an active property investor with over 15 years of experience in lending and banking, Wayne is well equipped to help his clients meet their short and long-term investment goals.
“My clients want a broker who has had similar investment experiences,” he explains. “I have been through building a home and have bought and sold property several times over. I’ve also completed the Diploma of Management (Accounting) and have a solid understanding of negative gearing.”
Wayne’s approach is to combine his extensive industry experience with excellent communication skills and a good working knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs property market. “It is important that I build trust with my clients and fully understand their objectives,” he adds. “By doing this I can help them to come up with the ideal loan solution and assist them on their journey to financial success.”
Wayne’s mortgage broking business is based in Surry Hills and Balmain. He is fully mobile and services all areas including but not limited to Centennial Park, Redfern and Ultimo and can visit you outside of working hours in the comfort of your own home.
