Where do I start Raymond is simply the best. Raymond and team have now helped us with our loan for two property purchases. It started with a very helpful and thorough meeting where he took us through all our options in detail. Dealing with Raymond as my mortgage broker was an efficient, painless and extremely detailed experience. Effortless experience From initial enquiry all the way through to settlement, this experience far surpassed every other dealing with banks and other brokers.
During our initial consultation Raymond immediately identified my needs and then proceeded to make suggestions on structure and packages in order to maximize the benefit of what I was trying to achieve. Raymond was responsive and most of all, interested in assisting me with my refinance goals.

Being a first home buyer and having zero idea on the purchase process, Raymond was definitely a gift sent from the heavens. He patiently explained and guided us through each step and made the whole activity a walk in the park, for us, as they did most of the heavy lifting. What we truly appreciated, is that they blend a personal touch to their service that lets you feel, and they are, that they will be with you every way to the finish line. Raymond always takes that extra effort to ensure you get the best deal and service. In our case, due to the long settlement, the loan passed its validity which can easily be handled by an extension request. Raymond did the next best thing as the new interest rate was significantly lower, they reapplied for the loan with the new rate which worked greatly for us. I can definitely write a long list of my complements of them, but just to keep it short, I just can't imagine of any better service than what Raymond and his team provided.
