Craig was so approachable and guided me through every step of the way. Amazing choice for a mortgage broker, especially for first home buyers.
Craig help myself and my partner purchase our dream home. He told us what was achievable with our budget and income. He helped us with all the paperwork and explained every document we signed. We would recommend Craig to anyone who is purchasing a home or refinancing.
Craig was excellent with trying to find the right fit of mortgage for me. When I suggested a different one, which was the bank with which I bank, he did all the work to get them to lower their interest rate for me. Thank you, Craig.

Moving to WA after living our whole lives together in Sydney and then going through the process of finding and then buying a new house purely via the internet is not easy but Craig was made his part easy which is exactly what we needed. We couldn't be happier with the service we have received.

Craig was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of organising our mortgage. He was happy to meet on our schedule and even when the settlement date was changed accidentally, he pulled through and organised everything he had to in only 3 days... and that was right before Christmas! Craig was great to work with. Always ready with information and options… we never felt restricted and were always pleasantly surprised at all the different ways of doing things thanks to Craig. Our experience with Craig was hit and miss, Craig I believe is fantastic at what he does. I believe Craig is going through some tough times, he raised his voice on the phone to me twice and came across aggressive on the phone, luckily I work in Mental Health and get this often, I understand he is going through tough times but from our end it was stressful as it was a major decision for us. However I will recommend Craig to others as I believe if Craig wasn't going through tough times he would of been perfect. I wish Craig all the best and hope life settles down for him and he is happy. Craig was very helpful in showing us all of our options after understanding our personal situation and borrowing capacity. Not only did he help us find a fantastic lender but also helped simplify a complex process.
Throughout the building process several progress payments are to be made at periodic intervals. External quotes are to be supplied before formal finance ect. Craig held our hand every step along the way to navigate us through the whole process.
Not only has financing our build proven to be a seamless exercise but because of Craig's help we even had access to a redraw surplus when all was said and done.

Craig is someone who is easy to talk to and has a great knowledge of how to set up the right loan structure for the needs of myself and I believe any one who he helps.

He was very thorough in ensuring our details and finances checked out, without over-promising so that when it came to getting the bank loan, we breezed through with no hiccups. I believe we got the best deal available at very reasonable rates. I would not have been able to source these rates myself in the short time and space we had between viewing the house and getting finance approved to purchase it.

im so happy to be able to comment on the service we received when we bought our first home. we were so worried about every aspect of purchasing for the first time and when we got recommended to use Craig we were unsure what to expect. after contacting him we had everything sorted in 2 days and after signing 21 days to get bank approval with the estate agent, we were very shocked craig had the bank approval within 4 days!! he made himself available for questions at all hours, visited us where we felt comfortable and made the whole process so easy for us we were so shocked and very very happy! since then we have recommended him to every friend who is purchasing. we would never use anyone else next time we purchase. I couldn't speak any higher of this broker, wonderful person and very professional!
