Gemma has been exceptional to deal with. We had a pretty unlikely scenario, yet Gemma found us a lender and also managed to get us a cash back I have dealt with many brokers in the past and Gemma was the first to tell me a few key things which I wished I had known years ago. She was able to explain things in plain English and also she was able to set realistic expectations for our lending capacity. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gemma to anyone in Australia. We were in WA for the entire transaction and Gemma in QLD. Not once did this hinder our process and her and her entire QLD team were always available to help.
