Jane Kuang has helped both my partner and I get into buying our first property with literally no stress. She was very professional, her attitude behind all of it made you feel like you have chosen the right person and made you feel stress free, her guidance through applications after applications was fantastic.
My partner and I in the first place didnt use a broker and went straight to one of the banks to get a home loan, we got our application approved and on a cooling off period stage, the bank then told us that the property was in a high density area and no longer can lend the client more then 85 which in the first place we were told we could borrow 95.
My partner and I wanted to pull out of the cooling off stage because we didnt have sufficient funds.
When I contacted Jane for advice, she kept being positive towards the situation and encouraged us to keep going, Jane managed to get us a suitable bank to go with the home loan with our situation. From that stage I kept having positive thoughts and literally STRESS FREE
That being said I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jane

Jane works very hard to understand your situation and do the best she can to satisfy your requirements or goal. Her responses are quick and is very informative. For someone like me who was new to mortgage, she was able to answer all my questions and assist me throughout the processes.

I did not know where to begin when my partner and I decided to purchase our first home together and turn his current unit into an investment property. With Trevor and I being in our early 20's and with very little experiences, we were so worried that a decision would turn us in to a financial mess. You truly went above and beyond with the service you provided us with, always taking the time to respond to our enquiries and 'silly questions' so quickly and efficiently (with absolutely no judgement) and we really appreciated that you would take the time to do this after business hours and on weekends and were willing to have a chat or meet up at a time that was convenient for us.
