Due to a number of factors, our loan application was difficult.
Janes service was outstanding.
Dealing with banks is rarely easy but she knows how to manage them. The loan was approved faster than expected and she also kept me calm throughout the entire process.
Since then, interest rates have been on the rise and she has negotiated 2 interest rate discounts that will save us around 5,000 per year.
I have worked in finance for over 25 years as a former mortgage broker and Financial Planner and this level of ongoing service is exceptionally rare.
Jane Julie were great to deal with, professional and responsive. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

Mortgage choice team are Absolutely Fabulous Leanne was super friendly and helpful and connected me immediately to Jane. Jane gave up her time freely and took time explaining to me my options. Her knowledge honesty and transparency made dealing with her very commendable.
Jane is an awesome broker. No question is too stupid. She helped us get over the line to buy our first apartment in Sydney, refinance to renovate and helped us with many questions on the way. We were able to get our parents support as guarantor for a small part of our loan to avoid LMI. Something we did not know even know was an option It was never too much for Jane to explain things to us and to our parents. Once you have bought, Jane is not a broker that leaves after the deal is done. She will look after you for the duration of your loan and check in along the way. I have recommended many friends to Jane and will continue to do so.

We made our offer subject to finance, so it was a nervous wait for us. Thanks to Jane however and her pre-approval due diligence, she was able to confidently reassure us that everything was going to be OK. It's great knowing your mortgage broker covers all aspects of due diligence prior to submitting the loan application. Throughout the application process and after unconditional exchange, Julie ensured all the t's were crossed and i's were dotted to make way for a smooth and seamless settlement. Both Jane and Julie maintained regular communication with us every step of the way, even communicating with our Solicitor when necessary.

Our application process was not as straightforward as we had expected, due to fluctuations in the property market and some changes to bank approaches to lending. We were very appreciative of Jane and Julie's efforts to persevere on our behalf and look for alternative lenders when our first option did not work out. Although this was not our first mortgage we did not realise how much policies and procedures had changed and we were very fortunate to have Jane and Julie to guide us through the process and warn us of possible pitfalls or difficulties with particular mortgages, which we would not have foreseen. When applying for a new mortgage or renewing a mortgage there is always that slight fear of dread, finding the best deals, sorting out all the paperwork, collating information. With Jane and Julie the process has been made very simple and pain free. They arranged my initial mortgage and then my renewal, on both occasions a competitive rate was found and beyond that I really had to do nothing except read and sign. I generally don’t write reviews here but the service we received from Jane was exceptional. She was helpful in all stages of our first home loan process and it was a smooth ride to get loan approved from one of the big 4 banks. Jane never minded even if I rang her over weekend to ask dozens of questions and I always found her efficient to do required follow ups.
