Considering what our lender was offering us when our fixed term ended, Jason has not only assisted us with consolidation and making our life more simple, money wise he has quite literally saved us financially. We would not have been able to keep our heads above water travelling as we were. So thank you Jason. I wish there were more stars to give.

This was the first time we had refinanced and we knew we wanted to use a broker to make it as stress free as possible.
Communication with Kate was prompt and easy. Whenever we reached out to Kate about something we had a response within the hour. There wasnt much at all that we had to do in terms of communication with the other banks involved etc
When we applied to refinance, we met the criteria for a cash back offer. Unfortunately some little things popped up along the way out of Kates hands which delayed the settlement of our loan.
When our loan finally did settle, the cash back offer with the bank we had refinanced to had expired so we were told by the bank that we would not be able to get the cash back.
After asking Kate if there was anything she could do to help us get the cash back offer, she was straight on the phone to our new bank and called us the next day to inform us that she managed to pull some strings and that the cash back offer was going to be granted.
Kate went above and beyond and and the whole process was seamless.

We are lucky we found Jason after our bank's customer service let us down. We cannot recommend Jason enough. We have dealt with Jason a few times now, most recently a refinance. He goes above and beyond to ensure the process is smooth, and that his customer gets the result they are after.
We have just purchased our first home. We had heard from a few people that Jason was the best and he really lived up to those opinions he was remarkable throughout the whole process. Giving us all the information to navigate through a quite challenging process. He was always there for any questions we had, no matter how silly.

Jason has been very helpful in not only applying for the loan but also maintaining our loans. The bank put our interest rate up even though rate were on the decline. One word to Jason and not only did he get to the bottom of this issue he also had the bank pay back the over charge in interest payments
