A truely amazing experience right from our first meeting in February to set goals to meeting again in April with those goals met and then some. That day we told Cath we were viewing our first home and if we loved it we wanted her to submit paperwork to the bank. We did love it and gave her the go ahead. We approached Mortgage Choice Warners Bay seeking construction finance. The process was super easy despite the usual annoying paperwork and they got us a great deal with a lender who was able to fund the entire job based on existing equity in our other property, so we didnt have to do a usual construction loan with annoying progress payments to the builder. Would definitely recommend the teams professional advice and good guidance
