Manjulas Team at Mortgage Choice were incredibly professional and efficient, but most importantly, have a really wonderful kindness and understanding. A much needed human touch in the stressful business of finance. I felt supported from beginning to end and the team were delightful to interact with. Highly recommend their services.

My first interaction with Manjula started about 2.5 months ago when i contacted her to assist me with refinancing my current home loan, find a suitable lender for a new investment property. From day 1 it has been a fantastic experience. Manjula is very knowledgeable, the best part being the way she explains my numerous questions using simple terminology to make a layman like me understand. She has guided me through the entire refinancing and investment loan process, always keeping touch and providing regular updates. Whenever she has missed my calls, she has come back to me as soon as she could within an hour or two at the most. This entire loan journey has been a smooth sailing experience for me and my wife. On a couple of occassions there has been delays and on each occassion it was because of me. On both these occassions, Manjula constantly followed up which made us feel how valuable we are for her. Last but not the least she even introduced us to a conveyancer and pest control inspector which will be needed during our investment property purchase. Thank you Manjula for all your assistance and we look forward to continue our relationship with you. If any of my friends or acquaintances need any help with their loans i will definately pass on your details.

We have used Manjula a few times now and recently for a re finance. Re financing can be stressful but not at all when Manjula is involved- she's so knowledgeable, makes it really easy, super friendly and highly professional- everything you want and need in a Mortgage broker - we can find a broker anywhere but Manjula offers service excellence. Don't shop around - just know you will be looked after with this lady and company and she will assist you to get the best deal for you - thankyou manjula once again
After waiting for many years we finally made the decision to buy another house two years ago and approached Manjula for advice and home loan, she made everything very easy and streamlined all the paperwork as well as coordinating with the builders the whole process went without any hiccups.
