I cannot recommend and thank Pat Borg and Kristin McLeish enough They both went over and above to ensure we were getting the best rate possible with the bank and they always answered our queries within the same day. Nothing was too much trouble and we always felt like they were just as dedicated to getting the approval as we were. We never needed to follow anything up as they would always keep us in the loop even if they had no update, we were well aware they were chasing this in the background. Thanks to both of them, we can now build our dream home

She answered all our questions and made sure our loan was approved and meet early settlement we had a very difficult situation occur with the vendor that had never happened before for her myself or our realestate agent and no matter what we threw at her she bend over backwards to make it happen!!! Cannot thank Tabitha enough. The team at Mortgage Choice no matter what time of day called to take us through our process with ease.
Tabitha handled our loan application which was a little challenging as is because of short 45 day settlement and we reached out to her after 4 days of signing the contract effectively giving her 41 days in total to arrange 2 loans as we drew equity from an existing property. She was very professional and thorough from the start in explaining various options and making recommendations on fixed vs variable. Once we chose the products suited us best, she was quick with the application process, escalated with the bank contacts and eventually pushed it through right on time. During the nervous waiting weeks, she was very proactive with communication and kept us up to date with the progress. I couldn't have been any happier with the quality of service and professionalism shown by Tabitha.

Jye Borg has provided excellent service above and beyond what was expected. Not only did he arrange my business vehicle loan in record time, he liaised with everyone in the supply chain personally from my accountant, the private seller, insurance company, and finance company to make certain there were no issues with the settlement. He also hand delivered the documents to my office for signing, he had the cheapest interest rate and commission going around, and he answered my phone calls throughout the weekend. Absolutely fantastic! For these reasons I am personally happy to recommend Jye at Mortgage Choice to everyone I know and am sincerely happy with what he has organized for me.
