Monica was fantastic to work with. Really helpful throughout the entire lending process and ensured we got the best result. She was always available and kept us informed the whole way. But honestly... she was just really nice It was great to work with someone with a bit of personality rather than a boring old money suit. Would highly recommend
I have used Monica on multiple occasions for all our mortgage needs, whether it was an initial mortgage, refinance for renovations or most recently to refinance for a better rate. Monica went above and beyond and found us the best rate and the process was seamless. It was quick, we had our approval in days and she thought of everything when looking through our finances. I will never use or trust anyone else
Great service and results
Monica came highly recommended when my partner and I were looking to purchase our next property. She has been highly professional throughout, helping us gather the documentation required and providing us with a very comprehensive breakdown of our options on which bank to work with, types of loans etc. Monica is also very personable and was also more than happy to take the time to answer all our questions. Thanks very much Monica.
Monica did a great job although the process with Suncorp, who were the recommended Financial Institution, was very slow and ultimately disappointing in that they did not supply a credit card for my wife. We may need to change away from Suncorp as there seems to be cheaper Home Loan products besides them.
My experience with Monica was exceptional. Not only was she prompt in all of her communications with me, which meant I never had the need to follow her up, but she was very helpful in answering questions I had during the loan process that weren't under her responsibility, and she followed up other third parties to ensure their tasks were completed on my behalf. The loan options provided were varied but not overwhelming, and I genuinely couldn't have asked for a better person to guide me through this process. 1000% recommend!!

The service and support we received from Monica was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, approachable and always took time to answer any questions we had. When delays from our bank were causing issues with our builder she went out of her way to keep communicating with the bank and us and get documents finalised. We would highly recommend Monica to others.
