Additionally, Siru's constant communication and updates throughout the entire process kept me informed and reassured, esp. due to the constant rate hikes that came from RBA followed by the lenders. The mortgage broking world can be particularly challenging and you need someone like Siru with high expertise and dedication in navigating the complex world of mortgages.
