The service that was provided by Troy McDonald was brilliant, I was the one stressing out ringing Troy he would clam me down go through everything, that helped a lot having someone i could call to point me in the right direction.
After having a terrible experience with our last mortgage dealing with Troy was a pleasure. We weren't sure we would be able to borrow the money we needed to upgrade our home. With the arrival of our daughter Arlyn we where 4 trying to fit in a 2 bed house. Troy showed us how to juggle our money around so we paid off some previous debts and now even though our new mortgage is $600 higher we are actually $400 in front by keeping money from the sale of our previous home.
