Warren is incredibly professional and diligent. He provided a range of advice on all matters financial and was flexible in meeting our changing needs. He has a deep knowledge of the mortgage scene and always gave us options to choose from when finalising an institution to borrow from. I cannot recommend Warren highly enough.

Warren Williams is very professional in his approach to organising a home loan. He listened to my wish list and presented realistic options and offered his advice. Warren made himself available at all times throughout the loan process, from the initial interview until successful settlement. I really appreciate his willingness and availability to help me. I never had to explain what was going on to other people, he managed my case from beginning to end. I felt very supported and was very happy with the service provided.
Professional, Caring and Perfectly Organized
Before starting our home purchase process, I talked to a number of brokers, but Warren was the only one who amazed me with his level of industry insight.
Here are a few points to mention
Warren cares. I mean it. I have called him numerous times with silly or sometimes complex questions but he was patient and listened carefully and suggested brilliant solutions that were tailored to our situation.
His knowledge is vast and thorough. For instance, when we moved from Sydney to Brisbane and during the process, our Conveyancer was supposed to inform us about a number of prerequisites that did not happen, but Warren made sure that we were aware of each step and the required actions, though it wasn't his responsibility.
One of the things that are not easy to know is the quality and depth of a Broker's relationship with Lenders. Warren's interpersonal skills combined with his great relationship with Lenders helped us get the pre-approval and unconditional before the defined SLAs.
Adding to the mix, he is detail-oriented, energetic, productive, and perfectly organised I loved the way he organised our Loan documents
It's also worth mentioning that the Mortgage Choice website is intuitive and super easy to work with, helping us upload and manage our details and documents in a breeze.
In a nutshell, me being a researcher and studying every detail, I would like to think everything I learned about the mortgage industry I learned from Him. So, expect to be impressed while working with Warren.

We got Warren to help us find a better home loan deal. It was a complex deal for us, as we were re-arranging loans on our own house, an investment property and some managed funds.
He made it really easy for us, and spent the time to walk us through the process and the options.
He helped us save about 8,000 a year in interest. So we are really happy with the saving he found us. He also took a lot of the grief out of the application, paperwork and liaising with the lender.
It was great to work with someone who took a personal interest in our needs and a professional approach In finalising the transaction.

I recently had the opportunity to engage Warren Williams from Mortgage Choice to source funding for a commercial car loan. He thoroughly sought the best options available & presented the different options to me.
He communicated to me what stage the process was at regularly, & ultimately this lead to me using his services.
Whilst I initially sought pricing & availability for the vehicle from a local motor dealership, Warren advised me that Mortgage Choice offered a service to source the vehicle I had chosen, & his colleague contacted me several times to discuss my requirements.
Warren also advised me that he had contacts in the insurance industry, & again, this lead me to using his recommended contact to arrange comprehensive insurance for the vehicle.
I would have no reservation recommending Warren to anyone looking to arrange funding, as he was a pleasure to deal with & made himself available at times to suit me, including signing contracts on a Saturday morning at his office in Hornsby.

Great personal touch. Warren has moved mountains to get us through the mortgage process in a reclining market. We bought off the plan a while ago and we where running into a lot of hurdles. I might not have been the easiest to deal with at times, but Warren dealt with like a professional and got everything settled in time.
