Will Sargeant has been amazing to work with from understanding how the entire process works of owning your first home, to now seeing us through to settlement of our first home. Will was patient and understanding with us when we asked tons of questions, he was prompt with answering any questions we had and putting in forms and applications for us. He celebrated every win with us, eased our stress through all of the different applications and understanding our financial situations and tons more. 3 months ago my partner and I had no clue how complex the process could be, struggled to understand the real estate, financial and legal jargon and Will was patient with us and helped us to understand exactly what we are walking into with owning a home. Will also made it very easy to talk to him, he is easy to relate to and made things seem much more normal and personable when we were dealing with hundreds of pages of overwhelming documentation and paperwork. Will also linked us in with the other services needed using the connections he has like our Conveyencer. I would highly recommend Will to any home buyers, especially first home buyers who are trying to understand how the entire system works and need someone who is happy to sit down and explain the small things to them Thanks Will.
I would highly recommend anyone looking at buying a house to call Will. He was incredibly helpful right from our initial phone call and continued to be for the length of us getting our Mortgage. He was extremely quick at getting back to us with information we needed and helping us understand the whole process.
