Aaron is incredible. He made sure to fully comprehend our financial situation and worked very hard to source for the best loan conditions to cater for our unique situation. He ensured we were assisted throughout our journey in getting a loan, all in a very short period.
Aaron's extensive knowledge of banking procedures and requirements helped us so much. He gave us good advice on our existing old loans and assisted us in obtaining the house titles for loans that had been paid down. He showed us how we could get the maximum amount of loan making use of our existing assets. There were many loan options he presented to us by creating a personalised excel spreadsheet for us
I was also very impressed with how proactive he was. The bank had required some documents to be translated and he had lined up a translator to do the job without me having to source for one. On top of that, Aaron was careful not to over burden us with document requests and only did so for what was absolutely necessary.
I am very grateful to Aaron. He took it upon himself to ensure we got the best loan option available whilst ensuring it was all done in a timely manner. He is super responsive and will provide useful advice support throughout.

I recently enlisted Aarons help to refinance my mortgage from a larger lender. Throughout the process he provided regular updates, and whenever there was a time that I had missed something that needed to be provided he was immediately in touch with me. This avoided any unnecessary delays. Because of this proactiveness and high level of service the whole refinancing process was wrapped up quickly. Most importantly, he was always very clear in his communication about the various products that potential lenders were offering and what features would be available for these products.
