I cannot recommend Aaron enough Aaron helped us buy and build our first home. As first home buyers Aaron was always right there to answer any questions or concerns we had. He stepped us through the entire process and explained all uncertainty to us in great detail. We felt important to Aaron as he always made time for us and never made us feel as if we were a burden, allowed us to make our own decisions and never tried to push or steer us in one direction also offered his expertise only when asked which was a lot. Ive dealt with a lot of banks regarding loans and having Aaron manage our home loan took all of the stress and hard work out of the equation. Having him also correspond and handle matters on weekends and after hours also shows how dedicated and professional he is at getting the job done. Aaron gets my 100 recommendation.

For the 4th or 5th, there's been a few time Aaron has remortgaged our home. We come back to him because he's an incredible broker. Open, honest, extremely hardworking, always contactable which is good as we've been in a different state for all but one of the remortgages, knowledgeable and with access to a wide range of different banks and agencies. In fact, what we always find particularly impressive is his ability to get in touch with a human at any bank and immediately resolve any issues that occur during or after the remortgage process. This may have been the 4th or 5th remortgage but it certainly won't be the last we do through him. Over the years he's also looked after many family members and friends - doing an amazing job with all of them. If you're looking for a mortgage or a remortgage, we can't recommend him highly enough....

Aaron has done an absolutely amazing job as our broker and I highly recommend him, especially for someone looking for a DHOAS loan. Right from the start Aaron has always been super prompt to respond and follow up issues and questions, and quick to make things happen. Being on the other side of the country hasnt been a problem either, we are three states away and the whole process has been easily done via phone and email. Aaron helped us get through many hurdles along the way and honestly without him I dont think we'd be in our newly built house today.

I think Aaron sets the standard of what you want from an advisor. Really professional service, easy to organise from the tablelands, really prompt replies to communication, clear presentation of options, clear guidance around paperwork/documents. Some confusion around a renegotiation of the sale price (different advice from mortgage broker and lawyer). Overall very happy that everything worked out well.
