A colleague suggested Alan to me a few months ago when I was searching for a way to refinance my home loan, and since then, I have thanked her at least a dozen times for the referral Alan's incredible efficiency and attention to detail have been nothing short of impressive, and his vast knowledge of finances, home loans, and the banking system has made it clear that he is a skilled and efficient mortgage broker who is passionate about what he does and truly cares about working on behalf of his clients.
My previous experience with a mortgage broker was terrible, and I had to let him go months before the loan settled because I did not trust him and did not feel he had my best interests at heart. I opted to organize my own home loan directly with the bank at the time.
Alan, on the other hand, inspires trust and is very knowledgeable about the product. His promptness and pre-emptive responses made my refinancing experience stress-free and even enjoyable. My initial interactions with him alleviated my stress levels significantly around the refinancing of my home loan. He gave every query due attention, no matter how small or big and that contributed greatly towards my trust in him. I am grateful to have crossed paths with him

Alan Has been our Mortgage Broker for many years, and he is extremely good at understanding our needs as they have evolved over the years. Alan is very quick to respond to any question and every 6 months he checks in and reviews where our interest rates are sitting and works with the banks to ensure we have the best interest rate possible at that point in time. Because of this our interest rate has just been reduced on our home loan and business loan which is amazing.
It is this attention to detail and understanding of our situation that make me confident he has our best interest at heart. I really can't thank Alan enough as we wouldn't be where we are today without his help and knowledge. If your in need of an amazing Mortgage Broker Alan is the only choice
Alan is a dead set legend He works completely for you and consistently is in communications with his lenders AND reviews interest rates every 6 months AND gets the reduction I hear my friends talk about their brokers and they have to chase their broke to see if they can get a rate reduction.
Alan is very quick on paperwork as well to get the ball rolling and get you on your way I have since refinanced and drew money from the equity in my apartment for renovations as no sooner had I contacted Alan about the process for this - I had forms to fill out His communications are very high and he keeps you informed each step of the way.
I was so afraid of getting a loan 4 years ago and Alan has really made the process very simple and understood my concerns.
I love his emails about the banking market, mainly because he delivers it in a way that anyone can understand
