Andrew and Katrina were the BEST
As a first home buyer they made the process smooth and stress free, walking us through everything step by step and answering our long list of questions. Initially we needed mortgage approval extremely quickly in order to move on a property we wanted and they worked tirelessly to ensure we had everything approved in time
I couldnt recommend them more, they went above and beyond for us, and I cant imagine going through the mortgage process without them and their expert guidance.
My partner and I were confident returning to Andrew to call on his excellent broker services, after he and his wife Katrina looked after us so well for our first property purchase. We were not let down this time either, Andrew and Katrina went above and beyond to get us across the line. We presented with quite unique circumstances which Andrew understood and was able to work with and tailor a mortgage to suit our particular needs. Andrew and Katrina are very proactive and will continue to make sure youre taken care of long after settlement, even negotiating better interest rates with your lender. Andrew and Katrina are the best I have used them a few times over the years and their service is second to none. Andrew is very responsive and really listened and recognised my needs. Katrina did a fantastic job of providing clarity for all my questions around documentation and made the whole process feel easy. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I contacted Andrew with a very challenging request for a refinance due to a divorce. My situation meant I had limited options and my circumstances would need a personal touch to get an approval. Andrew spent more time than I care to think about advocating for my position with the Bank whenever a road block appeared. He guided me through the requirements of the application process and kept me up to date with the progress. Without his support, guidance and advice I would not have been able to organise the loan. I am incredibly thankful for his assistance and would thoroughly recommend him.
