The Team at Mortgage Choice have been excellent with helping us purchase our second home. From the pre approval process to liaising with our bank to ensure all documents were received and processed in time for settlement. A big shout out to Liz in particular who went above and beyond and who was always available to answer a question, follow up on queries and provide reassurance and support throughout. This is the second time using mortgage choice and we highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future

Dean Michelle made our experience of finance application so much easier by basically doing pretty much everything. They kept the process continually moving forward step by step until settlement even then made sure everything was in place were always there for us if we had any queries. We have in the past applied for finance ourselves on previous properties handling the running around trying to make sure every ' i ' is dotted ' T ' is crossed. It can be stressful. This is the second time Mortgage Choice Springwood has helped us find the right home loan for our circumstances there is just no comparison trying to handle the process all yourself or leaving it all to the experts. The team at Mortgage Choice were extremely helpful and took all the stress our the loan process. Personally it felt like the team went out of their way to make things work on schedule for our case. Not only that the team are very knowledge and are able to escalate process times very well due to their strong professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. I can only imagine how busy the team are and one thing I still cannot get over is the response time to get back to all my enquirers throughout the process from A to Z. Ive never written a review before but after the work Jo and her team did for us, helping secure our home, I feel compelled to do so.
We are in Melbourne and were recommended Jo. From the moment we first spoke with her, we felt comfortable and at ease. A bright and positive attitude resonated through the phone who not only listened to our goals but asked pertinent questions and answered all of our questions as we asked them.
Our situation was not straight forward, our time frame was very very short and while others had said no it cant Jo confidenty said yes it can and got straight on to it and came back with answers on the same day.
