Since joining the team in 2015, Ashley has performed crucial roles across the business. She works hard to keep her clients comfortable and informed while achieving their financial goals. Her key passion is educating first home buyers and helping them navigate the complexities of the home buying process. 

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. Ashley is also SMSF accredited which allows her to secure loans for Self-Managed Superannuation Funds.

Ashley regularly attends personal development events and industry training. She is heavily involved in the Mortgage Choice Aspire program for nurturing female talent and acts as a state committee member for the Mortgage Choice Charity Foundation. In her spare time Ashley can be found in one of two places: standing near a cheese platter or sprinting around a netball court, but never combining the two.

Gary founded Mortgage Choice Concord in 2001 and since then he has had the privilege of helping numerous clients purchase their first homes, investment properties and consolidate their debt. In addition to over two decades of experience as a mortgage broker, Gary holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

Prior to becoming a broker, Gary served as an officer in the Australian Army for 20 years. During this time, he developed skills which he continues to use today such as negotiating, delivering projects and managing teams.

Aside from working hard at the office, Gary is a keen photographer, hockey fan and occasional player with Briars Hockey Club (injury permitting, of course). On weekends, you can catch him out on the golf course or cycling around the local area; rain, hail or shine!

Gary is highly engaged with his local community and for the past 11 years Mortgage Choice Concord has been the proud major sponsor of Briars Hockey Club.

Organised and an excellent communicator, Emily is instrumental to the smooth running of Mortgage Choice Concord. She is in regular communication with clients to answer queries, organise appointments and request documents while also assisting the brokers with data entry and processing loan applications.

Coming from a prior career as a High School English Teacher, Emily is very people focused and works hard to build strong and lasting connections. Emily has expanded her knowledge of the financial industry with a certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking from the Institute of Strategic Management.

Emily adores reading, her Frug (French Bulldog X Pug) called Oliver Brown and cooking. She often brings home-made treats into the office which obviously makes her irreplaceable.
