We have worked with the Mortgage Choice Team twice now. Most recently we refinanced a loan I honestly cannot fault the service. Justin Grace went above beyond to get the best result for us. They were patient persistent, guiding us through the requirements to ensure a really positive outcome. They kept us up to date with the progress of the application were quite simply a dream team to work with. I will have no hesitations engaging them again when required. Highly recommended

Tiffany explained everything in an easy to understand way. Having banking terminology broken right down for us was very important and Tiffany is great at it. First time home owners here we could not have done it without the help of Tiffany and Fiona. Not only was the whole journey stress free, the girls made it so enjoyable especially because we had no idea where to begin or what we were doing. I would highly recommend having a chat with them if your thinking about buying. Such a welcoming atmosphere. If we some how win the lotto, we will definitely be back to help us with our second home.
Was our first time purchasing a property and Tiffany, Fiona and Finley were absolutely amazing We had no idea where to start but after our first appointment everything went very smoothly and was very stress free, it was such a pleasure to deal with them. We saw Tiff when we were thinking of buying but didnt have any kind of goals or plan in place, we left with a solid plan and a set goal to reach.
Once we reached our savings goal and found our home we went back to Tiff for her to organise our finance.
She talked us through every single detail and made sure we understood the whole process. She really put our minds at ease in what is a very daunting time.
Fiona was also amazing with updating us when our application was submitted, we knew exactly what was happening the whole way.
I highly recommend Tiffany Blanch and the team at Gardian Finance for all of your financial needs.
I would also encourage anyone that wants to buy but dont think they are ready to have a chat to Tiff as it really is so beneficial to know what steps you need to take to become a homeowner.

Tiffany at Mortgage Choice was great to deal with. She really helped us out by giving us advice on getting into the property market, and the best way for us to move forward with purchasing our first home. She answered all of our questions and was responsive whenever we needed help or there were any issues to sort out.

Fin from Phillips Mortgage Choice was fantastic, from securing pre-approval to settlement. I found the car I wanted on a Tuesday and was settled in time to drive away in my new car that weekend. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was looked after.

When I first went to Phillips Mortgage Choice Mackay one afternoon to ask about setting up a meeting I was pleasantly surprised when they took me in to meet with Tiffany straight away. To be honest I was sure I would not be eligible for any type of home loan but I was wrong. Tiffany was able to tell me what I was eligible for and although I was not financially in the position at the time to proceed she gave me some great advice in what I needed to do to get financially ready. Fast forward to 6 months later, having taken on her advice, I went back and have now been successfully approved for my first home loan.
Tiffany & Justin have been so helpful and without their assistance I would of been so confused and stumbled throughout the process. Knowing I can put my trust in Tiffany and Justin and the Phillips Mortgage Choice Team to guide me through this process from start to end is such a relief. We officially began our loan journey through a bigger bank, but had experienced problem after problem, and the service was extremely poor. We were then referred onto the team at Mortgage Choice, and contacting them was the best decision we had made. We were reaching deadlines for settlement, and the stress levels began to rise as I didn’t think it was possible to begin the entire process again, and get approval within a week. Tiffany was definitely a god sent to us, and made the process as smooth as possible. She worked within the hours that were accommodating for us, and was only a phone call away. She explained the process step by step, and clarified each question, finding the best bank and loan that suited our requirements. I highly recommend Tiffany and the team at Mortgage Choice, and will definitely return with future home loans. We cannot thank Tiffany enough for her hard work and friendly customer service!
Not being from Mackay we were nervous about constructing our first home using a non local to Cairns broker. Tiffany and Finley were incredible to deal with. They kept us up to date from the first interview, as our loan progressed and they clearly explained the features and benefits of our selected loan product. They also ensured that our building process ran smoothly with the builder by arranging for the invoices to be funded. Jake and I would not hesitate to refer Phillips Mortgage Choice to EVERYONE local to Mackay or not

I don’t know if you were aware but before I came to you guys I was trying to do this myself and was getting knocked back by every bank I went to and of course I was getting very disheartened and was made to feel like a “peasant”.
