‘When arranging a loan, my top priority is to obtain a solution that both aligns with the client’s current circumstances and will help them achieve their long-term goals. I leverage my problem-solving skills and industry expertise to achieve this as quickly and professionally as possible.’
Beverley has worked in the finance and lending industry for 38 years, after starting her career as a loans officer. ‘I then became a branch manager for a finance company and a mortgage loan underwriter,’ she says. After moving to Canada to further her career, Beverley opened her own mortgage franchise and ran a successful and busy mortgage office with a strong referral base from existing clients.
Known for her work ethic and dedication to customer service, Beverley has received multiple industry awards and was regularly included within Canada’s prestigious top 25 brokers list. ‘Every year for the past 12 years I have won awards for high volume of closings, and growth in my brokerage year over year,’ she says.
Beverley is now based in Cannonvale, and works with clients in the Whitsundays region and from around Australia. ‘I can assist with mortgages, lines of credit, and loan and credit card products as offered by each lender to suit my clients’ needs,’ she says.a
