Manager is so very professional and transparent with all matters. he never fail to give us all the informations we need while we are on process for our dream home. We have been going to Brendan for several years, either refinancing our own home or for additional lending on investment properties, Brendan has always provided the most competitive lenders to choose from with the easiest of processing through to completion, highly recommended and will definately be our go to for future lending needs.
Used the services of Mortgage Choice - Brendan Mole. He's the man, had a 30 day settlement over the December shutdown period. Brendan worked through our requirements and ensured that everything ran smoothly, given the fact that he was on annual leave. Always available, going the extra mile. I never write reviews but his outstanding service definitely deserves mention. Highly recommended and will be our broker of choice forever. Great job.

Weve always done our own research into loan options, but Brendan provided such a great service, highlighting long term risks and considerations we hadnt even thought to ask about.
Brendan was professional, down to earth and after years in the business, knows the facts inside out. Its also nice knowing we were supporting a small business owner, a family guy with kids from our local area. He was professional, gave clear unbiased advice on several options, explaining the pros and cons of each. Our was a complex refinance and settlement and he pre-empted potential concerns and made sure we had the paperwork to mitigate any hick-ups before they became holdups.
He was organised, responded immediately to any emails or questions, and he had our loan approved within the week with a better rate than advertised, and with a bank that wasnt in our radar at all. His expert advice has obviously taken him years to learn but cost us nothing but time.
We have no hesitation highly recommending him to anyone for mortgage advice. He made the whole process too easy and made dealing with banks a breeze.

I was very happy with Brendan Mole from Smartline. We had an issue with names on our titles and he went above and beyond to get this issue rectified. It took a long time to get the mortgage refinance over the line, but this was due to an error that happened years ago. We have now refinanced through Smartline and happy with new product.
