Caleb is by far the best mortgage broker on the Sunshine Coast. His knowledge of all the different banks policies to get you the best deal on the market is second to none. The customer service is exceptional, I did not have to follow him up at all throughout the process. The after transaction service is amazing, as a customer you truely feel valued. 100 recommend giving Caleb a call. When all other brokers put our situation in the too hard basket Caleb went the extra mile, from original purchase to refinancing, to make sure we got the best outcomes, that the process was a smooth as possible and that we understood all our options.
Caleb was able to present options suitable to my situation in a clear manner. He took the time to explain the pros and cons for each. Caleb was diligent with follow-ups to make sure they the process was smooth, would highly recommend.

Caleb was absolutely invaluable for us when purchasing our first home. We needed to get pre-approval in a super short period of time, before the auction, and Caleb went above and beyond to make it happen. Being our first time, we had a lot of questions and needed clarification often Caleb consistenly made us feel like it was no hassle at all and always made sure we understood everything.
As it happened, we were in Europe as we were approaching settlement. Caleb went above and beyond, navigating the difficulties of zoom calls and time zone differences, to coach us through and ensure that we completed everything correctly and on time.
The care and attention to detail that Caleb showed continued all the way to settlement and beyond. I shudder to think what the process would've been like if we didn't have him in our corner
We will 100 be using Caleb in the future and would recommend him to anyone.
Caleb didnt give up on helping me secure a home loan. My situation was a little challenging but this didn't stop Caleb from finding me different options and securing a home for me and my children.

Was a simple, easy process to refinance. Requested multiple scenarios which were actioned almost straight away.
The only hold up was on my end. So the whole process would have been quicker if I acted as soon as my advisor did. Always followed up.
