Chantelle is a legend and we had the absolute best experience working with her to secure an incredible loan in as close to a stress-free experience as possible. She's professional, prompt, on your side and knows everything you don't about how to go through the wild process of being a first-home buyer. My partner and I recently used Mortgage Choice while buying a place in Chiswick. As first time buyers we needed expert advice on what we needed to do in order to purchase our first home. We were referred to Robert Rangel and from the first meeting we knew we had the expert advice we needed.
Robert was with us from the first meeting all the way through to settlement. He answered every call and question from the most basic to the more complex. Robert had the contacts required to make things happen quickly and efficiently.
We had a mortgage pre-approval in no time and when we found the property we were looking for he was on hand to finalise the loan quickly. We would certainly recommend Robert to anyone looking for these services.
Being overseas in Canada, the time difference made it difficult to negotiate our mortgage and find quality advice, until we met Bob. Our interactions were seamless, like he was down the street and we were shocked at how easy he had made it to find our first investment property - We only wish he was also in Canada to negotiate our mortgage there!

Chantelle Rangel was excellent to work with She was highly recommended to me by four different friends, whom she helped purchase their respective properties. Chantelle tirelessly, and patiently helped me find the best home loan for my needs and was able to negotiate a competitive variable rate for me. It wasnt an easy journey for me, due to the fact that I had three different income streams the banks dont like that, two of my jobs are new both only started early this year, and the fact that the APRA is tightening lending for new homeowners. All of these were the perfect storm to prevent an aspiring home-owner from being able to purchase. Chantelle was able to give me hope, and thoroughly assisted me with my applications. I am really happy with my recent experience with Bob and Chantelle who helped me with my mortgage refinance and a loan for an investment property. They really went above and beyond. I was given regular updates of how my application was tracking, they regularly followed up with the bank to speed things along and were a complete pleasure to deal with. Chantelle even dropped off hard copy documents to me at work when I was having problems with my printer Thank you both very much.
