Cannot express how appreciative we are to both Chris and Joanne for their outstanding efforts refinancing our loan. The process was stress free from start to finish, and if I'd I knew it would be as easy as they made it, I would have done it ages ago. We've had numerous sub-standard customer service experiences with one of the big 4 banks over the years, which really left us hesitant to put ourselves through it all again. We went to Chris as we wanted to refinance our current mortgage to get a better rate with a new lender and also consolidate some debt to make repayments more manageable. Chris and Joanne made the process so seamless. Chris really listened to us and at no point did we feel he was trying to 'sell' us anything, but instead worked with us to get us the best possible outcome for our situation. We had such a headache through another lender getting our mortgage in the first place not through Chris Joanne, so for this process this time round to be made so easy was amazing. We just had our settlement and are super happy with the outcome we've achieved. Highly recommend and we know exactly where to go when we're ready for house 2.
