Christopher was very helpful and accommodating in getting me a mortgage. He was able to show me a plethora of options that were tailored to my specific individual needs, from multiple different banks.
Also, with it being my first time applying for a loan, it was comforting to have Christopher guide me through the whole process. Dumbing down anything that confused me and exploring what each decision entailed in the long run. In the end, it gave me confidence in my decision and I couldn't have asked for a better result.

First time home buyer here with about next to no knowledge about all this. Christopher Cujko, the son of Irene, I assume, really knew his stuff from what I can see. Had sophisticated tools to help me just figure out what numbers I had to meet in order to get the homeloan, which is what I needed - the numbers, the facts. He worked out basically everything, which bank, what special stuff I could get like that first home buyer stuff.
I nearly missed out on one of the government benefits but Chris has really made the efforts which meant I got it He even had alternatives, a plan B which still had benefits. I was just able to submit to him and just trust the process. Was about a six month process, something like that, and basically, everything was mapped out.
TLDR
If you are overwhelmed as a newbie in the property market and what to make a change and get on it, do not even overthink. Just talk to Chris, or his mom or dad. They will look after you. Just do it. Take that next step in your life.
